"The property was in a wonderful location. It was so nice to escape for a week after first visiting Athens. It felt like a true getaway. The cove in the property was one of the best places we've ever swam in. Our room had a great view of the sunset from right outside our window. Within a 3 minute walking distance to the beach which also allowed for some great swims. "The beach was nice and staff were very good. The room was not worth the $1400 we paid. The outlets for phone did not work. The room phones needed to be fixed twice. No hot water on 2 out of the 3 days for shower. First day we had to run the water for 10 mins before hot water came for shower Having a bedroom upstairs and shower downstairs was so inconvenient. The stairs were not clean. The plunge pool was not warm but cold. I would never stay here or recommend this to anyone. It is not Marriott luxury at all. Very disappointed with the room. Felt cheated in a sub standard room for the price."
