Amazing place good location staff super friendly and helpful. Definitely stay again and definitely recommend

We had an excellent stay x

Meets my expectation . Very basic and clean. Staff are very helpful and sincere . I was unable to use pool facility as my stay is very short . Would definitely come back again

Amazing place, beautiful gardens and pool. Clean room with air conditioning. Staff amazing and always happy and helpful. Within walking distance of nccc mall and Duterte square where there's loads of restaurants and music. 5 stars wouldn't come close to how good this place is. Thank you for making mine and my wifes stay amazing

Overall I had a decent experience. The staff were courteous and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The hotel and rooms were clean, though I felt there was still a bit of room for improvement in terms of thoroughness… One aspect I found inconvenient was the policy of having to leave the room key at the front desk every time you go out. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay and good for the price.

Perfect as always. If I'm in Davao I stay here. Staff are always great, rooms are great, location is perfect, they have a walk way bridge to the mall, you don't even get wet if it rains! Best hotel in Davao

Amazing hotel, clean and tidy with great staff. However, i paid for breakfast but i didn't get it. My partner and son went for breakfast but was told they could not bring me a plate back to the room. Its a buffet, i only wanted 1 plate. I don't like eating around others early in the morning so i was disappointed with breakfast.

Great stay.. very new and has soace for parking.

all good

Great hotel, great food and great staff.

Booked this Hotel as the price was reasonable. Never thought it would be so nice. Staff friendly and courteous! Room better than expected! Food excellent! Service similar to a top Hotel! Can't recommend this highly enough! My Fiancee and I will book it for our Wedding reception without a doubt! Thank you Pinnacle Hotel! Anita & Harry

The one thing that’s today in this hotel was the friendliness efficiency of the reception team made you feel part of the family The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout The breakfast let itself down in my opinion as it didn’t really cater for the international guest mainly for the local guest but that’s not a big issue I really enjoyed my stay and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and once again the hotel was spotless throughout
