What a lovely place this traditional Austrian guest house is. It still retains that charm that I love, with traditional Austrian decor and architecture. I've been coming to Austria to ski for 30 years and this is one of the best stays I've had. The hostess was absolutely lovely and her hospitality was impeccable. The owner and staff are extremely obliging and helpful. They even went the extra mile to run a shopping errand for me when I realised I'd left some key items at my previous hotel. The food is excellent; delicious, authentic and very filling portions. The dining room setting is lovely and they clearly do everything to maintain the property. Wow, what a wonderful stay. Room 128 (Heavenly Suite) was modern, clean, spacious and beautiful, and despite not having AirCon and the 35 Deg C temperature outside, remained cool. Fabulous views of the Valley, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast, half hour walk to town and 20min walk to the cable car (which was free, thanks to a hotel voucher). We didn’t have time to use the spar/pool. Honestly one of the best hotels stays I’ve ever had.
