There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. It was very close to the beach and restaurant. The breakfast was good and the hot water from the shower was excellent. My only concern was the TV and Internet wasn't working well.

Gran Hotel Stella Maris Urban Resort & Conventions
Facility is big but nicely laid out, clean room and great staff. Swimming pool water temperature got very high, they really should invest in water cooling system because the beach is not that great with rocky bottom.
