"I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there were feces smeared across the counter, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. The shower handle was also broken, making it difficult to use. There was no air conditioning in the room, and when we tried to open the windows for ventilation, they were missing the screens/springs. This allowed mosquitoes to come inside, forcing us to keep the windows closed. As a result, the room became extremely hot and humid, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience. I expected much higher standards, especially when it comes to cleanliness and basic maintenance."

"Bad experience with AC Tuve una mala experiencia en el City Express Plus Ensenada. Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, con pisos en mal estado. La habitación tenía vista al mar, pero la cortina no funcionaba correctamente, por lo que no se podía aprovechar. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba; tardó aproximadamente 12 horas en refrescar un poco.
