Estero Beach Hotel & Resort

"I've stayed here several times, and it has become my go-to place. Every visit has been a wonderful experience. This time, I traveled with my young adult child, my teenage son, a friend, and her teenage daughter, and we all had an amazing time. One of the things that stands out most is the exceptional customer service. It was such a nice feeling that several staff members remembered me from previous visits. Everyone was genuinely welcoming, friendly, and attentive, especially the team around the pool area. A special thank you to Mario, who manages the towel station by the pool. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The poolside servers and bell staff were also outstanding and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The property is clean, well maintained, and offers great amenities. The restaurant was another highlight. We had breakfast there, and the food and service were excellent. The biggest hit for both the teenagers and adults in our group was the paddle-board rental. It was reasonably priced. Overall, this hotel continues to exceed my expectations."
