"First impressions were pleasant. We were a family of 5 staying in the family room with private bathroom. The room was quite basic - large enough for the 5 of us, with x2 double beds and a single bed comfortably fitting in the room. However it was lacking features that you may expect in hotels and especially for longer stays - eg) TV. Fransico was also pleasant, went around his duties quietly but always with a smile. This couple has created an oasis out of a horse ranch. Some rooms, the pony stalls, therefore are small. Breakfast, not included, beautifully served on my front porch. "
