"Terrible customer service, and very unfair business owner. I booked room with breakfast, free wi-fi, tea or coffee, etc. On website there was lovely description and pictures of the room and everything they provide. Unfortunately, i have not received anythings from that offer. I did have a room with bathroom, and tha was all i received. "Stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes to use and a bus service into the city. Beaches 7 minutes by bike. Breakfast, ok, lots of fruit and croissants, buffet with waiter service for teas and coffee. Bar in both parts of the hotel and free teas and coffees. Great pool "
