Axiom Park Hotel
The room was well equipped for my needs with a fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. Comfy bed and air conditioning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Amenities were good. Short walk to Battersea park which is beautiful.

Hampton Suites Serviced Apartments
The apartment needs renovation. Limited number of parking spaces and thus we need to park at Crown Plaza Hotel and walk back to the apartment. If need to do laundry, need to use the shared washing machines. However, one is broke and another isn’t connected with water supply.

Space doesn't allow to write all that I wish, but we had trouble with the air conditioning (we were never able to control the in-room unit), we had trouble with communication (hotel staff saying they would do something but didn't; restaurant being closed one night with no warning), property amenities ...
