The room had green lights that you could not turn off which made it almost impossible to sleep they were so bright. We also were woke up around 8am by knocking on the door, and again 10 mins later - nobody could tell us why or who was doing it. We had breakfast which was across the road and felt hurried by staff. On return to the room the key card didn’t work, we went to reception for a new key, again this didn’t work, had to go back again and the staff didn’t seem remotely bothered. The hotel itself is ok but if you want a nights sleep..not ideal

"on arrival there was a sign on the desk to say the pool was closed due to unforeseen circumstances, which was a shame that I hadn't been told about it before arriving. Also, there is a very large housing estate being built next to the hotel and the noise from this work was so loud. It was so loud ..."
