"Beautiful property but the staff isn’t helpful at all. We had to follow up with our concierge for every request and sometimes she wouldn’t even get back to us. Then they added a service charge at the end after we paid service charges and tipped along the way. Overall very disappointing stay."

"Breakfast was wonderful. Property and beach amazing. We thought a/c was not working but actually hotel was on a generator. After sweating for 2-3 days, the hotel sent an apology letter regarding the electricity with an apology bottle of olive oil. Despite this we had a wonderful time! Great location ..."
