Would have gave a 5 star but we had extremely noisy guest upstairs AND next door. Mention it to a bypassing employee and pretty much was told there’s not much they can do

Was disappointed in the restaurant. Few healthy dinner options, and no ability to easily deal with allergies. The waiter tried but the chefs only comment was I cannot guarantee anything!

Front desk, housekeeping, everyone very friendly. Only complaint was that sinks (our room had 2) did not drain well, which problems were fixed immediately. A pleasant stay.

Hotel was pleasant, pool/spa was nice, felt quite and its close enough to groceries and highways to make things easy. Free coffee and beverages in lobby were good and having coffee in the room itself was a nice touch. Staff was very kind and helpful but they forgot to stock our room with some extra towels like requested ahead of time.

“Full breakfast” is a Denny’s voucher
The staff was great but we were disappointed that the full breakfast was a voucher for the two egg breakfast at Denny’s (or $10 off an alternate meal). Our room had a strange smell like Italian seasoning. I thought it might have been the kitchen but it was disconcerting.
It was nice to have a full kitchen with an oven in the suite.
And the bed was very comfortable!
The pull out couch was not very comfortable for my teenage son though.
We checked out early because there wasn’t an on property breakfast. The Denny’s is in the same parking lot but I didn’t like that you have to walk over there and wait for a table. And I felt guilty for taking a table in the server’s area. If you’re a planner and you stay here just be sure to plan to tip your server each morning since you’re eating at the restaurant. The voucher does not include coffee but I think you could grab your coffee at the hotel before heading over to the restaurant.

Great hotel, friendly staff, awesome amenities and clean! Especially loved the 24 hour coco machine and Dennys breakfast! Definitely will stay here again.

Great hotel. Clean. Courteous staff. However parking lot monitoring is minimum. Security cameras do not capture the total parking lot. My vehicle was stolen while lodging for one night only sometime between 10:30 PM check in and 11:45 AM check out- less than 12 hours. Staff offered nothing other than the non emergency police dispatch phone number and a simple apology. Despite frequenting this hotel as it’s a favorite of hotels in the area, it fails to ensure security of cars parked in its lot and takes no responsibility for when they are stolen or lack of parking lot monitoring. This is true even when cars are parked in the very front row near of the main doors leading to the lobby as mine was when it was stolen. This is the second time my vehicle has been tampered with while staying at this hotel. I’m sorry to recommend against staying at this hotel due to its lack of security for cars parked on it premises with no compensation because otherwise it’s a great hotel. I felt the least that could be done is a more sincere apologies or even comping the cost of our one night stay, but sadly we received nothing.

V nice motel. Breakfast was Dennys … voucher given for $10.00. It was adjacent, but still inconvenient as was raining hard. Too close to drive. Food good at Dennys, but rundown restaurant. Would have preferred in motel breakfast

This area has a homeless problem. People sleeping in cars out back, caught them looking through cars. Digging through the trash every night we were there. We stayed 3 days. Tv remote barley worked. Humidity problem in the room. I tried to go to the hot tub late Saturday but there were people drinking and little kids jumping in and out . It was dirty. very disappointed. It was one of the reasons I chose the hotel and didn’t get to use it. The breakfast is a joke. You have to go to dennys across the parking lot and wait an hour for a table and nothing is free like the website claims. You get 10 dollars off your bill or 1 thing to choose from but still have to pay a tip plus coffee . Ridiculous. I can’t believe this hotel has good reviews. They must be getting paid. Weird . I wrote to the hotel but all the manager said was the same cut and paste on every bad review
