Perfect nights sleep. No noise. They also found a cuddly toy I dropped and left it where I could find it which was great. Parking was easy. Check in and checkout were in the gas station and super easy. I slept through breakfast so cannot comment on the quality, but it was included in the price. Tack för allting, Rasta Grums.

Excelente. Nice hotel rooms place build on a very old historical iron ruined foundry. With a nice small river waterfall.

Inside of the hotel was much better than the impression you get from the outside. Nice and fresh rooms and the breakfast was very good. Easy to park just in front. Negative things: No gym available, and this day, the restaurant was closed. Wasn´t a problem for me this time, but there are no restaurants nearby, except for fast food. I usually stay at hotels in town, but they were ridiculously expensive due to a congress taking place, and price at Nova was very competitive.

A really welcoming and clean hotel in an ideal location if travelling by train. Booking always includes breakfast, afternoon Fika and a buffet dinner. The room itself is compact though the bathroom is adequate size. Karlstad itself is very laid back place and the weather tends to be slightly better than other parts of Sweden. More geared for a relaxing break.

The first was to find where it was as it just occupies a whole floor in an office building above a department store and does not have its own street entrance which it shares with other businesses and possibly with residents occupying the other floors in the building. The second is that there is no adjacent street parking as it is located in a pedestrianised area.
