"I stayed in the Grand King Room on the upper floors. Was so lovely to have a massive comfy bed, room to stretch out in, a great TV, free flow drinks in the bar and an excellent quiet breakfast buffet with fresh handmade food beautifully presented and served. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and even though it's a little out of Tokyo centre, I enjoyed the peace of that and the east access to stations within walking distance. The capsules are so comfortable, clean, and SUPER cool, it's like sleeping in a spaceship. And the shared spaces (bathroom, shower, dining area) were perfect. So clean and available for all my needs. I only wish there a cool air option for inside capsule, then it would be PERFECT! 9/10 would recommend if you're staying in Saitama!! "

"I liked that I was able to connect my laptop to the hotel tv. I came to Japan to look for work, but when I wanted to relax at the end of the day, I was able to enjoy my own content on the hotel room tv. The hotel was also close to the train station and near some convenience stores, so I never wanted for anything. There was also a Matsuya nearby which was convenient for cheap eats! "
