Our stay was good
The room was clean
The location excellent as it was close to the hustle and bustle but far from noise.
Only negatives are:
- hot water did not work
- aircon could not be set to our individual needs. It was cold in Tokyo but the room was not warming up

Great spot to do a layover . Took the stress out of trying to fly in to Tokyo from SFO and connect domestic on JAL to Okinawa in the same day.
