"Lovely Chambre d’hote in a beautiful building which is strangely in quite a suburban spot (it’s not in the country side). Had dinner which was nice and a very reasonable bottle of champagne. Be prepared to spend time with strangers at pre meal drinks or at dinner. Charles the owner was lovely and hugely accommodating but may consider giving guests more a bit more space to enjoy his lovely home. "

"The property is very quaint and in the pedestrianised part of the old town, which is lovely and handy for an evening stroll. Our apartment was on the top floor, which was a little bit of a challenge with a baby and pram/luggage (no lift, so beware when booking). The apartment was clean but a bit "unfinished" looking with some raw edges to the kitchenette counters and a very exposed water tank in the bathroom. "My wife and I stayed one night on our way from uk to Switzerland on a motorbike trip .Chantelle was there on our arrival and couldn’t be more helpful, the property and our accommodation was immaculate, after a great sleep the breakfast was amazing with all locally sourced hams, cheeses,yogurt and breads.Chantelle and her husband were so friendly and welcoming.Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again."

"This was an Okay kind of stay. I believe the rooms are used by students in term times, the rooms lacked facilities, but the staff were very helpful. The old medieval town was the major plus with our one night stay. We shall return to Troyes."
