"Entry not clear with hotel checkin on 3rd floor."

"We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."

"Well run place, rooms are on the small side, perfectly good for 2 travellers but with a baby.... air conditioning would be a plus, but it is so convenient on the way to the south of France, well worth stopping short of Lyon."

"Basic but clean appartment, very friendly employees, swimming pool kept open for us half an hour after closing the reception (19:30) so the children could swim after a long drive. Good breakfast. Good option for a short stop."

"Nice little hotel but they didn’t provide basic stuff. No hair conditioner, no body lotion. Second day they gave us shampoo… other than that it was okay. The room was really tiny. Hard to have space for our luggage. "
