"Room was very lovely, corners were dusty. The largely self serve check in was a bit to figure out but worked well once you had it. Main complaint is the parking. They recommend that you use the public parking garage across the road and indicate that they have a discount but: 1) there is no in/out privilege without paying; and 2) the front desk was usually unoccupied to validate the parking ticket for the discount. "

"Pros: The pool was a highlight for our family; our kids (13 and 9) had a great time, especially on the slide, which was their favourite part. It did get busy, but that was expected. We loved that our room had a balcony overlooking the pool, and the warm, humid air helped our swimsuits dry quickly. The bathroom had both a tub and separate a shower with a seat, which my son thought was great. We stayed in a Junior Queen suite, and overall, the room met our needs. Cons: On our first night, the pool closed early due to an issue, which was very disappointing as we had planned a late night swim all day. That same evening, a fire alarm resulted in an evacuation. My husband and daughter were in the pool area and were directed to an upper outdoor deck where they couldn’t exit. It was cold, and it raised concerns about what would have happened in a real emergency. The lifeguards were friendly, but they didn’t appear to actively monitor swimmers consistently. While there are signs stating the pool is unsupervised (and we always supervise our children), it felt odd given that lifeguards were present. Lastly, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, far beyond what we expected. None of us slept well while trying to get the kids settled."

"This is a motel that really run through, yes it’s cheaper compared to others in the area but looking at the condition of the hotel, and how bad it is! It should be even more cheaper! If you need a place to sleep and leave in the morning then go ahead, otherwise look for another option."

"Very nice clean hotel. They advertise rooms with tub shower combo but when we arrived our room did not have it and we would have had to downgrade to get so that was disappointing. Underground parking with direct access is a plus and they neighborhood around is filled with restaurants and bars. Overall a great location"
