Beth on reception was an absolute star, she gave a great introduction to the area with a map, helped with change for washing machine too and also helped with eating places. Don’t get a member of staff like that often, thanks Beth!
Room was fine, would have been nice to have an outside sitting area and the indoor pool was taken over by teenagers.

Fantastic fun. Great experience. Everyone should consider these vintage trailers as a base to explore the wine district. These trailers have been lovingly restored and looked after and it was a real treat to stay in one.

I had left my iPad behind on a previous stay the week before. The staff and manager were excellent. Not only did they find and hang on to the iPad securely, they also ensured that I did not leave the hotel without retrieving it by deactivating my room key so that I had to speak to reception.
What amazing foresight and service! Thank you so so much!
With such excellent service, I hope to definitely stay again on my next visit.

Friendly staff and clean room. Lots of parking. There is noise from the road, but I wore earplugs. Breakfast was ok, but we went down half an hour before it finished so options were limited. Lobby bathroom needed attention. No toilet paper and unclean, but could also be down to users.

A gem of a property. The room was large and comfortable with nice amenities. Free entry into the gardens for residents and it was nice that so long as you are in before they close, you can exit back to the resort on your own time. Check in staff were friendly, but when checking out, I wasn’t acknowledged and felt like i had disturbed the receptionist when I asked what to do with the key. Also forgot breakfast was included so sadly missed out on that.
