The hotel was a chateau which had been completely refurbished about a year ago. Restaurant was great as was the breakfast. However the room we chose was a de lux garden view room but was far from being a garden view it looked over the court yard. Very clean Good location Staff are very friendly

Nice quiete location with easy access to the city. The room was clean and comfortable.

Have stayed here before and enjoyed the ambience and quality of the rooms and hotel in general.

We had a lovely stay. The owners were very nice and helpful and made an extra effort to provide me with gluten-free crepes at breakfast. The rest of the breakfast was also excellent. I would recommend it and will stay there again if I am in the area.

Great location, lovely staff providing excellent service, hotel was immaculate and our room very comfortable.

Beautiful building and luxury rooms. Staff very polite and helpful. Ideal spot to stay for Normandy Beaches and Museums. Only 3 miles from Arromanch & D Day Landings. We loved this hotel, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely return as it’s such an ideal spot for visiting the sites.

Great for en route to or from ferry.

The chateau is located in a very quiet area providing the most peaceful of settings. Only a 20 minute drive from the ferry port at Caen and near to all the historic beaches, museums, cemeteries making it a more than ideal location. The owners are rightly proud of their hard work to restore the magnificent building, it is beautiful. Plans are imminent for...

The staff were excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was much larger than we expected and extremely comfortable.
