Concernant la cuisine, retrouver les plats authentiques avec une saveur que nous retrouvons que très rarement et à savoir qu'ils sont preparés qu'avec les producteurs des alentours. Heureusement que mon collègue lui l'avait reçu. Si j'avais été seul je ne serais pas rentré dans l'établissement. c'est sasn doute un oubli malheureux..."
