"It would have been a good stay except for one thing...the bed mattress was terrible and I spent the night tossing and turning and only managed 3 hours sleep and I was speaking at a funeral the next day so it wasnt good. Eveything else was great so if they could just provide mattresses where the springs dont bite into your back, shoulders and thighs it would be a great place to stay"

The owners were incredibly helpful, especially when we let them know we wouldn’t be arriving until midnight — they couldn’t have been more accommodating. "Too many emails with rules and high safety deposit (not advertised earlier on). High expectation from pictures but in reality lacks cleaning and care. The street is dodgy, too dark and quiet and a bit far from city centre (20 min walk). Good price for Manchester though."
