"This property was the perfect choice for our 3 night stay in Zermatt. It was right in the center of town with only a 5 min walk to the train station yet it still felt peaceful and quiet. The rooms are beautifully appointed with modern yet elegant decor. The bed, sheets and pillows were excellent quality and I slept like the dead each and every night. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendship which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was more of a continental style breakfast but it was perfectly adequate with great quality breads, cheese, yogurt, cereal, etc. If I return to Zermatt I would definitely choose this hotel again. "

"We enjoyed the comfortable srudio apartment with a view of the Matterhorn from our patio. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helüful. We did need to carry suitcases down several flights of stairs, not a problem for us as we travel light. We saved a öot cooking our own dinners."

"The hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating. Excellent breakfast buffet & great location. Fantastic view of the Matterhorn from my room and balcony. I especially enjoyed the sound of the river, which was outside and below my room, and made for very soothing white noise while I slept. Only one thing-someone opened my room door while I was sleeping one of nights I was there, and was surprised to see someone in the room. Whoever it was immediately closed the door and I went right back to sleep. I mentioned this to the manager and he said it may have been because of a miscommunication with the cleaning staff. But anyway, that was a very minor incident and no harm was done, and overall I highly recommend this hotel. "
