"First day, at the front desk. The lady behind the desk was very impolite. When I told here I have a reservation, without double checking she said that she doesnt have a reservation under my name. So I pulled out mt Hotel.Com reservation number and there it was reservation under the same name I told her. Secondly , shampoo bottle was empty, complimentary tea and coffee was only for one guests. Broken exhaust fan in the bathroom ceiling. Broken sink faucet."

"Absolutely amazing place to stay in Tombstone. The renovations are amazing highlighting the history of the town. I love the QR codes scattered through the room to give you a truly immersive experience. It has modern amenities like a smart tv, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, cold remote controlled AC, HOT showers and a keypad entry (no keys to loose) without taking away from the old west feel. The staff are super nice! Props to Fred who lives on the property and is available even after the main office closes. It's located one block away from Allen Street with all the attractions so you can walk to everything. Highly recommended if you are visiting Tombstone Arizona."

"I will not stay here again. We figured we would try this place. Check in was quick. They said they installed new door locks and he showed me on a display model. Hold the card up to the lock and your in. Seems easy enough. He'll no. After 30 tries, I went and got the owner. It works for him first try. I never could get in the whole night in under 20 attempts. Now to the room. You can tell they just remodeled. Definitely low end products and contractors. Very bad job. Poor work and cheap products. Table would fall down if touched wrong. Pillows sucked. The door seal was never replaced. Had to shove a chair under to keep it from rattling. It was super windy. That 20 mph wind came right in the door. It whistled all night. People up and down the stairs and hanging out outside being loud all night. Even through ear plugs. The lights shined in the windows also. It was day time 24 hours in there. Ketchup still on the wall and floor. I had to keep messing with the flush valve in the toilet so it would fill up to flush again. Be careful of the coffee pot. Spits hot water everywhere. TV remote kinda worked. They should've gutted the room and hired a better contractors. Stop buying the cheap stuff off Temu."

"No Elevator, so if you’re on the second floor you will walk all the way to the end of the hallway and carry all of your bags up the stairs. The town of Tombstone pretty much rolls the sidewalks up at 5:00, except for a couple of bars. Overall, it was a decent place to stay. The beds and pillows were not comfortable, but it was nice seeing the quails scooting around the back in the morning. All of our stays were at Wyndham properties on this trip, and I’m not that impressed with the overall comfort of any of their rooms."

"The front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was actually a really nice layout. Everything was clean. It is definitely an older property though, the air conditioning units were kind of falling apart. But they worked which is nice. The only two things I would criticize was that the hot water was hit and miss in the shower, and the property is just in a bad location with lots of sketchy people running around in the parking lot. That's not their fault, but if you're looking for something a little quieter and safer, I would recommend someplace else. All in all, thanks to the friendly staff and the nice layout of the room, I would stay here again."
