"We had one of the new rooms and were travelling with our dog. This was the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time. The room was so comfortable with one of the cosiest beds I have ever slept in. Beautiful decor and a gorgeous little garden area for our dog. They provided bed for him and treats also. Gorgeous luxurious bathroom and shower. We had dinner in the place restaurant which was lovely. We only had one night here and I wish it had been longer, but we shall definitely be back! "

"Jérémy is a very good host and goes out of his way to please. The hotel is well located at less than 5 min walk to the forteresse. It is modest but very clean. The wifi is not the best. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of variety for most. "

"Visiting Collias and stayed at Hotel Restaurant Le Gardon during la canicule (heat wave). Cooling off in the hotel swimming pool was wonderful & drinking a spritz on the Terrance as well. Breakfasts were nice. Didn’t try their dinners, but other hotel guests seemed to have enjoyed them. It’s a friendly place with a friendly staff. It’s worth the drive outside of town - the prices were great."
