I felt very welcome and enjoyed my stay even very much despite that the reason for the stay was business. Great staff, all very friendly, helpful and service oriented, great amenities, nice lunch in the garden, lots of fun while relaxing with some rounds of "Petanque" after lunch, nice pool.

Pro: Einrichtung grundsätzlich ok, netter Pool, gute Parksituation, Auswahl beim Frühstück. Con: Schimmel, defekte Heizung, defekte Lüftung, komischer Geruch, Einweg-Pappbecher statt Gläser/Tassen auf dem Zimmer, Frühstücksbacon wurde einfach nur roh reingeworfen und blieb lauwarm bis zum nächsten Tag liegen (vermutlich ähnlich unhygienischer Umgang mit sonstigem Essen), schmutziges Geschirr (Gläser & Teekannen) und dazu eine Rezeption, der unsere Mängel egal waren. Sehr schade, wie schlechter Betrieb ein eigentlich nettes Hotel ruinieren kann. Lage ist im Industriegebiet - Lunel nicht zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Frühstück war lecker. Einzig ein kleines Manko, das Leintuch hatte Flecken die einem sofort ins Auge gestochen sind und eigentlich vom Zimmermädchen gesehen werden müsste.

Restaurant, piscine et chambre agréable. Des terrains de paddle cool juste à côté de l’hôtel. Personnel adorable. L’hôtel est situé dans une zone commerciale pas très esthétique nécessitant d’avoir une voiture pour rejoindre le centre ville. Attention restaurant non ouvert le week-end lors de notre séjour ce qui est un peu dommage.

Wir waren schon öfters bei der Durchreise in dem Hotel.Es hat schwer nachgelassen. Essen (2x Rumsteak) war zäh, im Bad wimmelte es von Ameisen, Zimmerwechsel um 21:00 direkt neben dem Waschraum. Um1:00 Nacht springt der Trockner an und brummt vor sich hin! Man konnte sich nicht wirklich gut erholen für die Fahrt am nächsten Tag. Wir werden uns wohl zukünftig was anderes suchen…..

Personnel a l'écoute. Bien que l'hotel se situe dans une zone d'activité, unegois a l'intérieur on ne s'en plus compte. Lecadre est très agréable avec piscine terrain de pétanque et terrains de paddle. Le restaurant est très bien. La chambre est propre et refait à neuf récemment.
