Beautiful place - very clean and comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed over an 18 night tour. Owner is very helpful and polite - lovely breakfast provided by him. Have stayed here before and came back which is a recommendation in itself. Five stars.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. We stayed here one night and wish we had stayed longer. The best place to stay if you plan to visit any ww2 sites in Normandy. The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated...not over the top. The bathrooms were modern and spotlessly clean as were the bedrooms, the bedding was really good quality and most important for us the mattress was super comfortable. Our stay at Le Clos St Jean was wonderful! Caroline and Laurent are friendly and warm, and they take good care of the property and their guests. I was blown away by the beauty of their place. The fresh, warm croissants, pastries, bread, yogurts, cheese, and fruit, along with the local juices and jams, made for a wonderful breakfast. I only wish we would have had more time to spend relaxing in their lovely space. If I find myself in Normandy again, I will definitely have to stay here another...

What a gem! This was our last night stay before catching the Cherbourg ferry back to the UK. The rooms were lovely, lots of little touches. The family who run it were so kind, they also own the restaurant out back which had incredible food and amazing wines, very well priced. If you’re looking at staying in this town, you will not be disappointed!!

The hotel was a chateau which had been completely refurbished about a year ago. Restaurant was great as was the breakfast. However the room we chose was a de lux garden view room but was far from being a garden view it looked over the court yard. The manager did offer to change our room the second night but as we were only there 2 nights I declined but he did treat us to cocktails so no complaints. We had a lovely stay. The owners were very nice and helpful and made an extra effort to provide me with gluten-free crepes at breakfast. The rest of the breakfast was also excellent. I would recommend it and will stay there again if I am in the area.

A wonderful lodge for the last night in France 🇫🇷 we wish we could have stayed longer. My children loved the little hide away bedroom and the roll top bath. Clemence offered an excellent dinner recommendation at a local craft beer tap room. The food was divine! As was the beer. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful building and luxury rooms. Staff very polite and helpful. Ideal spot to stay for Normandy Beaches and Museums. Only 3 miles from Arromanch & D Day Landings. We loved this hotel, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely return as it’s such an ideal spot for visiting the sites.

We were asked what time we would like breakfast and did we want tea or coffee When we arrived in the dining room or breakfast was laid out for us on the table Natural yogurt.apple juice,fruit,various breads butter homemade quince jam and cheese.when we were eating Madame brought in fresh scrambled eggs…from her hens.
