"The property is being refurbished. Apparently this has been ongoing since January. Front of building covered in scaffolding, workmen permanently onsite including today. Parking in Llandudno is horrendous. Spent over an hour driving around looking for a space. Definitely won't be going again. Far too much aggravation, not worth the trouble. "

"Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom.
