The room I was had holes in the carpet, stains on the upholstery, no minibar, the furniture was extremely worn and covered in scratches and marks and there was loud noise from the bar downstairs even on the 8th floor. Breakfast was very disappointing and incredibly busy. Great view though and very helpful reception staff who moved me to another, better room on a higher floor when I complained. But all my colleagues (we were a party of ~12) had the same experience.

May be it is new for me, the self check in program is not convenience to a group but only for person. Very not convenience to collect all invoice.
