"Staff were nice, and the location was convenient. The hotel itself was very busy and it was hard to find a quiet space. They closed the pool for my whole eight day stay without prior notice which I think it quite poor. I won’t stay again "

"The hotel is just fine, not better. My view from the 26th floor to the harbour was great. But that’s where it ends. The elevator situation is a problem. Even though there are 5 of them you are always waiting and they tend to stop at almost every floor. Also getting water and ice can only be done on the 5th floor which means going up and down and using the terrible elevators. I wouldn’t return"

"Shops are down the hill. LKF is close if you’re having. A drink. Hotel is convenient but I went when it was relatively mild so it might be difficult for some to come up the escalators. Overall I will come again. Prices very wildly even in the same week so keep a look out and book when it’s cheap. 🙏"

"We had a great stay at Motto. Reception was so helpful and kind. Steve went above and beyond to help us. Housekeeping did a great job of providing whatever we needed. Room was very clean, and clever use of drawers was handy. The shower was great. We would highly recommend!"

"My husband stayed for the night of Mar 2, 2026. Room is spacious. He checked out early and has his luggage stored with the hotel for free as the flight was in the evening. Special thanks to the staff who handle his luggage pick up on Mar 3 in the afternoon. He’s so nice to tell him there’s an A10 bus stop nearby to the airport. Quite convenient & saved him time & money to get to the airport. We’ve stayed in this hotel several times and certainly will return."
