Our stay was great, but our room was not as clean as expected. We had food (leftovers) trash from previous guests left in our window-sill and there were hand prints all over the mirror on the wall. Odd (obvious) things to have missed when cleaning a room.

Everyone was so kind. The rooms were clean, and the dining area was clean. The towels were soft and the beds were really comfortable as well. The ONLY thing and this is so petty. It would be great if the desk staff knew more about the surrounding area they live in and what is going on in town. Maybe ...

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Frankenmuth by IHG
Breakfast was great! Room cleanliness was not very good. Our room had definitely not been vacuumed prior to our checking in as there were crumbs on the floor. Front desk personnel was not extremely friendly but breakfast personnel were super!
