"This place was horrible, it was filthy, bathrooms were moldy & the wall were broken, no sheets towels or toilet paper. All the garbage was still in the place when we arrived. We had to rent a hotel when we arrived because the place was still occupied. The next day we had to pay for a taxi to get to the place and nothing was done. "Quaint hotel in the city of Aley. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We appreciate that they went out of their way to go to a store at night and pick up some necessities for us (they would not even accept a tip). The WiFi worked well. The hotel room itself was very spacious but old and definitely needs renovation. The A/C only worked in the bedroom and cleanliness could be improved. But overall, I would stay here again. "

"The property is beautiful with wonderful views of the mediterranean and the staff's attitude a service was exceptional. On the other side, it is the only hotel in the world that i visited that will charge you extra for coffee on a paid breakfast which was OK (not great) and they say parking is available but when you arrivee you get surprised is for $5 per day !!!! I dont have a problem of paying for parking if they were transperent on the website (here i felt cheated)."
