"The morning cleaning service for me was very poor. Never did the cleaning lady clean the balcony, they moved furniture and left sitting middle of room. 3* cause of cleaning service. The roof top bar is amazing the complimentary breakfast very good, and staff very friendly."

"This is a cute old style resort on a lovely beach. The restaurant food & staff is fantastic. The Rooms are very run down and if you’re unlucky enough to need a twin room you get a cabin split in 2 with what feels like a piece of paper for the connecting door. Threadbare towels and very basic ammenities. Reception staff incredibly rude to every single person regardless of what they need. Really horrible especially the bigman. Very over priced for what you get. "

"We stayed in the King Seaview room which had a marvelous view of the grounds and the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed the rain shower tremendously, best ever. The adult pool water temperature was perfect with built in seating areas looking out to the sea. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the wide water slide. Unfortunately the longer slide was temporarily closed. The only disappointment was the lack of information about the Pattaya floating market the hotel provided shuttle service for which was a huge let down and waste of $50 for 15 minute boat ride and zero boat vendors, which was our expecation."
