"The staff was great. I was disappointed when I arrived due to the place being renovated. Luckily, the gentlemen at the front desk upgraded my room to the wing that had the new rooms and was away from the loud road. The pillows were some of the best I've ever slept on."

"We had great service from everyone except the check in. The lady was not trained, couldn’t figure out my name so I finally just gave her my id, then gave her my credit card. She handed me the keys and didn’t say anything else. It was very odd and not what I would expect from an Embassy Suites."
