The staff at the Empress, including all housekeeping and maintenance go out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. This was our third or fourth stay at the Empress, and every time we are here we feel like we're at our second home - what could be better?"

"I like the location and the fact there is a bus stop 1 minute from hotel.Staff is really nice and helpful. You can rent an e-bike or kayak for free (well, included in accommodation price) or play pool/billiard. Breakfast is not very rich, but it is sufficient."

The staff is excellent from the front desk, the concierge, and the person who took care of our luggages. Friendly, patient and very helpful with every questions."
