An alright stay, nothing fancy, staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast is very limited and we had to walk out of the hotel to the restaurant in the back. The view from our mountain view room would have been really nice if it wasn’t foggy, but that’s the weather in January there.

Complicada problema de comunicacion, agua fria en la ducha, desayuno regular, tapa WC suelta, agua ducha poca presion. A medida que teniamos problema los iban solucionando Gente amable pero dificil interactuar con su personal. Darse a comprender para pedir sal por ejemplo, era un desastre

Hôtel est neuf et en très bon état.Les chambres sont spacieuses et très lumineuses.L'acceuil le premier jour a été mauvais , le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais , le personnel est nouveau et semble un peu perdu. La manager a fait un geste commercial pour équilibrer le désagrément de l'arrivée. L'hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre.

An amazing stay!!!
We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Yen Hotel! The view from the room was breathtaking. Sun in the reception was amazing, she was really nice and helpful. Sun served us breakfast in our room in the morning when we slept in late and also helped us book the bus for our next destination. We felt really welcome and would really recommend this hotel when you visit Sapa!
