"front desk staff was amazing. The elder lady that worked at the front desk in the evening we checked it offered us recommendation for dinner as we were looking to try a fish dinner in Boston. Her enthusiastic recommendation was a great first impression for the hotel and everything flowed well from there."

"Room was clean, but bed was very uncomfortable needs to be replaced. Breakfast was supposed to be open at six and the person getting it ready was late so that things did not get out for 6 o’clock. We had to get the shuttle so we had to hurry and eat breakfast. We ordered to go bags and they gave them to someone else so we didn’t have any. The guy at the desk tried to put some things together for us, but it was just a waffle and nothing else."

" Clean bedding and towels. The floor could have used an additional sweep/vacuum, and the bathroom drain plug was stuck down, then completely came out when we finally got it up. Comfortable beds although the walls were pretty thing. People in the parking lot sounded like they were right at our door. Overall, the stay was good and would stay again."

"The staff is not receptive to when things go wrong. The young lady that checked me in was excellent so was the maintenance person. Once checked in calling downstairs after that is near impossible. I had a heating issue around 10:00pm and called downstairs four times and no one answered, not sure if they have someone 24/7. The bathroom didn’t have wash or bath gel had to wait 30 minutes only to have two of the same, I didn’t mind because the women was lovely, she left me with a bar of soap because the amenities stink! When checked in I was told I could get a late checkout only to have someone banging on my door. When I called downstairs the front desk person lied twice, she said she didn’t see the late checkout and the hotel was full booked, I checked online and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. "

"Fabulous & helpful staff. Very friendly. Room was immaculate & beautiful. The hotel was really lovely. Was on an impromptu trip with my young daughters, so didn’t get to visit the on site bar for an afternoon cocktail, we did enjoy a lovely breakfast in the Hotel’s restaurant the next morning. Perfect location, steps to all of the sites. Cannot wait to go back! Really fantastic. "
