"Decent place to stay if you want to be near Boston or surrounding towns like Concord. You're not really near much, a bit out of the way, so best for those looking to save money by being willing to travel a bit to whatever you want to do. This was my second stay during travel for work during Harvard commencement week when hotel prices in the area are astronomical, and the savings were definitely worth it. The first time I didn't mind the location because of the onsite restaurant and relatively short drive to Concord. This time the "restaurant" only had a handful of items on a drastically reduced menu—not really an option for a real dinner. The rooms are decent, clean and fairly comfortable. Staff is helpful. If you're in the area during a more affordable time, I would stay somewhere else with a more convenient location, but if you want the savings, this place works!"

"They were obviously cutting costs! Everything was bare minimum or less. No microwave, beds were situated where only one bed could see the TV, ice machine didn't work, provided toiletries weren't sufficient to bathe a mouse, musty smell, no blankets on beds, heat/AC filters needed changed, restaurant/lounge had a lot to be desired (one bartender, no waitstaff, limited takeout type meals), and then I was overcharged, which I am disputing with my credit card company. I could go on....the view was nice"

I HAVE A SERVICE DOG WHO IS VERY GOOD BUT JUST LIKE MOST DOGS IF THEY HEAR SOMEONE AT DOOR SHE WILL BARK, SHE DOES NOT BARK FOR NO REASON OR FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, YOUR NEW POLICY , IF YOU CALL AND I CAN'T GET THERE YOU WILL REMOVE HER. THERE COULD BE A CUSTOMER WHO IS A COMPLAINER, I CAN NOT TAKE A CHANCE. I CANNOT BE WITHOUT HER. MAIN REASON I CANCELLED THE REST OF MY STAY AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE"

"We stay at this hotel very often as my mom is up in NH long term care residential home. The hotel is clean. They are still only supplying 1 hand towel per room even though there are 2 people. We stayed only 3 night this trip went to breakfast at 7:45am and there was no bread, no bagels at all. They still had over 1 hour and 15mins. left untill breakfast was over. Overall I would still recommend this hotel. The price is reasonable and the location is good."
