"The hotel was excellent and the staff were exceptional. Precious and Carol at the front desk. Blessing and Ara in the restaurant were exceptional also. The chef at night was a pleasure to talk to. I have only concern. The scrambled eggs was the only thing I saw that was a problem. When I got my plate, the eggs were starting to turn green. The fix would be to add a little lemon juice. This would stop them from turning. "

"I took daily walks yo the SM mall across the street. Restaurants are plentiful. The area is always well lit. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. "

"Unit faced the outside the property to local residential side, roosters crowing, dogs barking throughout the day and night. Overall property is very nice with rooftop views and nice atrium at entrance, with seating to relax. "

"Need to clean the place , the sliding door at the washroom need to change and fix, it so dangerous it fell on my son even the extra mattress at the other room is dirty I dont recommend the place to stay this base on our experience I have pictures attached"

"What I like most about One Oasis is their helpful, hands-on, and friendly security guards. I also appreciate the spacious infrastructure, beautiful view, and easy parking. However, I was disappointed by the unexpected fee, I was charged ₱300 for checking in at 12:40 PM, even though the website states check-in is at 1 PM. When I asked Alexandra, she admitted the site wasn’t updated. That’s not fair to guests and should be corrected."
