"This is a very old building, that should be either completely remodeled or torn down. How this hotel gets a high rating for anyone makes no sense. It is a very low budget place on the level of a dirtbag hostel. I would never go back. They don’t even make coffee in the restaurant. It comes to you with a cup of hot water and some instant. I actually left after the first night, even though I had paid for two."
"Stayed 3 nights only 1 roll of bathroom tissue. Called the owner and told her why advertise you provide toiletries when they have none and only 1 small roll of bathroom tissue.
Gym? Liar I told her that too.
Pool no maintenance looks like a fishpond
TV only 7 channels
Unhappy customer

"This place was in a very poor condition. The washing machine didnt work and this was main reason i booked so i could was clothes before next part of my trip. The room was really run down and in a poor state. The room smelt and so did the main corridor outside.
They charge 500 php to clean the room but make you take away your own rubbish before you leave.
The aircon smelt bad and actually made me sick the next morning.
Sorry but I would not recommend this."
"Casa Leticia was easily located to where I needed to be and happen to be such a pleasant experience! The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful with everything. "
