"Clean room, spacious"

"​I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel excels in many areas, though a few minor maintenance and setup issues held it back from being a perfect 5-star experience for me. ​The Highlights ​The room was exceptionally clean and impressively quiet. The bed and pillows were top-tier, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. ​The staff are a credit to the hotel. Everyone I encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. ​The buffet breakfast is outstanding! The variety is incredible, and I loved that the selection changed daily. It’s easily one of the best parts of the stay. ​I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The hotel has a high-level security system, and the in-room safety features provided great peace of mind. ​While I had a great time, I did report a few issues on my first day that unfortunately weren't addressed during my stay: ​There were no glasses or holders for toothbrushes, and oddly, nowhere to hang or place a hand towel in the bathroom. These are small details, but they impact daily convenience. ​Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, the shower water was consistently cold. This seems to be a peak-hour issue that needs looking into. If these minor hardware and plumbing issues were resolved, this hotel would easily earn a full 5-star rating. It is a beautiful property in in a great location, and I would still highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miraflores! "

"Couldn’t get to any other floor but my own "

"The room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The air conditioning unit is quite old; although it worked, it had its quirks when turning it on and off. The main issue was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the flow came out with little force, which made showering less satisfying. I mentioned it to the hotel staff, but they explained that this was the maximum water pressure they could provide. Overall, the room is acceptable, but the water pressure in the shower is something they should definitely improve."

"The hotel outdoor parking seemed secured enough, there is not enough space to park at front when it gets busy. The staff was always ready to help, kind, and courteous. Breakfast was really nice and flavorful. I enjoyed the Omelette with veggies, fresh fruit, and juice. The chef was always checking-in... I definitely come back again. Thank you!! "

"This was located in a very nice area and was also a beautiful place. I arrived at almost midnight and the person in the lobby only spoke Spanish (as might be expected in Peru). Unfortunately, I had not been sent all of the necessary information from Hotels.com including the keycode for the door. I was able to contact the property manager and they were able to send me the door code - but all of this took at least 30 minutes when I would have rather been in bed. The property manager was great, but much of this could have been avoided if I was more familiar with this type of rental. There was no mention that the apartment did not have air conditioning. This is common in Lima, but the temperature was quite warm. "
