"We travel 4 hours from Regional NSW every 6-8 weeks to visit family. Quest on the bay is close for our needs, easy access, secure parking and the helpful friendly staff make it so easy. "

"The staff were polite & friendly, the restaurant was very good, the property is dated, no exhaust over cook too, some switches did nothing, tv reception poor, shower needed updating as mildew was evident. Bathroom exhaust did not operate. Otherwise the room was comfortable & generally clean. "

"This motel is nothing like what’s on the website. Somebody’s been cooking drugs in the rooms. People coming and going non-stop. The rooms are nothing like what’s in the photos. Bed smell like people have pissed on them. Manager is rude. Can only be contacted by phone. Doesn’t have the guts to face people Just takes their money and laughs. I have reported to the police and local council unfit to stay in"
