"I had the privilege of staying in both suites during this trip. Unfortunately, the experience was impacted by maintenance issues in each room. In the first suite, several electrical outlets and the telephones were not functioning. In the second suite, the main television did not work. What was particularly disappointing was that no alternative room was offered. Instead, I was informed that there had been a maintenance ticket for the first suite approximately a year ago and for the second suite about a week ago, yet the issues remained unresolved. Grounds were very clean and the continental breakfast had a lot to choose from, will stay here again just in a different room!"
