Best Western PLUS Ruston Hotel
This hotel has substantially lowered itself within the past year and has reached a new low. I usually make it a point to not be negative but it is certainly time to schedule future visits to Ruston with another hotel in town. This used to be a nice hotel, roughly a year ago.

AC worked well.parking was well lit. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was polite.

Quality Inn Ruston
We checked in late at night and they claimed their cc machine was not working. They made us pay $100 incidental fee in cash. We had no option. In the morning they added "extra" fees to our stay and refused to give us back our entire cash deposit. Very disappointing and criminal. The room conditions ...
