"We had a wonderful stay, house keeping was amazing, If I could address Evelyn for a moment. I stood I basement for a few minutes before I saw instructions to elevator. I would recommend instructions bring on both sides of elevator. I would like to mention although I thought everyone who worked at the Quest were lovely including groundsmen and housekeeping I was not impressed by having to wait on reception to get off their phone before they addressed me. This happened on two occasions. As they are the first people/impression you get I thought it was quite ignorant and ill-mannered. I just think this lady was unaware she was being rude. Overall we had a wonderful stay, I would 100% stay again. Loved the Moore bath products aswell"

"Excellant hotel. Must say it was a great experince staying here. Maddison at the reception was excellant & looked after us really well. All our requests was available upon our arrival. Cleaning lady Josie was very kind, apparantely sweetest lady on the earth as per my daughter. 😊 Great location, close to station & heeps of food joints, Definitely stay there again if I get the chance. Thank you all. "
