"The Solitaire was perfect for my needs while visiting my son who lives in the Pankow neighborhood. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good. The neighborhood was upscale. Public transportation (bus) stops in front of the building, or 8 minute walk to mainline tram. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I plan on staying there again when I travel back to Pankow."

"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. Frühstück und Abendessen am besten als Halbpension buchen, denn a la carte nur bis 18Uhr und danach Buffet für 38€/P. Dafür Essen super!!! Hundehaare überall im Zimmer. Es schockiert mich, dass das Housekeeping das nicht selbst gesehen hat und wir sie 3x rufen mussten (1x wurden wir vergessen) und außer ein Entschuldigung Nix!!!! Traurig.
