Die Inneneinrichtung ist schon ganz angenehm.
Bei 4 Sterne würde man auch Wasserkocher im Zimmer und Badelstschen erwarten können. Aber im Bereich Wandlitz ein Hotel, was ganz okay ist.

Zunächst recht unfreundliche Ansprache bei der Ankunft um 13:30, dass erst um 14:00 Check-in möglich sei. Auf den Hinweis, dass wir erst in der Nacht wiederkämen, war dann der Check-in doch möglich, wir bekamen den Schlüssel mit der Bitte das Zimmer noch nicht zu betreten. Warum nicht gleich so. Ansonsten solide Leistung.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und die immer waren riesig. Auch das essen dort im eigenen Restaurant war sehr lecker und erschwinglich. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit gewesen. Die war nicht so gut. Vor allem im Bad herrscht potential was die Reinigung angeht. Nicht so schlimm das man das Zimmer wechseln sollte, aber so das der nächste Gast evtl. dies nicht mehr hat. Dann ist der Teppichboden schon was älter und hat auch Gebrauchsspuren.
Alles in allem aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Ruhiges Hotel für Business Reisende
Freundlicher Empfang, Wunschzimmer war reserviert. Zimmer aufgeräumt und sauber.
Frühstück gut, mehrere Sorten Wurst und Käse, Rührei und Lachs, Brot und mehrere Brötchensorten. Kaffee, Tee und Kaltgetränke.
War zwei Nächte beruflich dort, komme gerne wieder, da sehr ruhig und entspannt.

Misvisende & Skuffende
Det viste markedsførings materiale stemmer ej overens med hotellet i virkeligheden.
Der er ingen sø med grønne træer om hjørnet eller bowlingbaner samt smukt spa/ sauna område.
I stedet fik vi som vist på billederne nedenstående.
Udsigten/ nærområdet var en børnehave, legeplads og et centerpoint for ergoterapeuter samt mani/ pedi.
Servicen på hotellet var nærmest ikke eksisterende (foruden rengørings teamet, de var i top) da vi skulle tjekke ud, oplevet vi uhøflighed da de ikke selv kunne finde bookingen på os. Det lykkes til sidst.
Det er længe siden……nej, vi har aldrig prøvet at tjekke ind på et hotel var vi var så meget i tvivl om det var det rigtige sted.
Morgenmaden var tør og utilfredstillende.
Langt fra hvad salgs materialet viser.
Alle billeder var misvisende, selv værelserne som end da var opgraderet. Udemærket værelser pånær sengen, da en dobbelt ikke udgør to enkeltmands senge skubbet sammen.
Der var ingen skiltning eller lignende om lukkede faciliteter, så jeg gik i sauna for at finde et stort depot rum og stile smidt/ kastet rundt i trappegangen, virkelig ikke rart!
Vi er virkelig skuffet.

Empfang kam mir nicht freundlich vor...vermutlich da ich durch das Restaurant kam (hatte jedoch Maske getragen, daran lag es also nicht)... Mein Navi hatte mich zur Vorderseite geführt und ich hab dort geparkt und bin die 50m zu Fuss gegangen - hab nicht gesehen, dass man hinter dem Haus auch parken kann. Sonst war alles sehr gut.
