"Lovely stay at Hacienda Villa Sotomayor. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had a problem with the shower in our room and when the staff realized it wasn't fixable in a timely basis, management quickly assigned us a new and larger casita. All the staff we met were so gracious and hospitable. The grounds are well kept, the pool is maintained well and the convenience to sites is great. "

"We had an amazing time, room was beautiful and clean. The staff at front desk was attentive and helpfull. The waiter Paola was amazing. The included breakfast is fantastic, with so many delicious options to choose from each morning. It’s the perfect way to start your day in such a charming place. We left with wonderful memories and, God willing, we will definitely be returning very soon. Highly recommend!"

"El cuarto estaba limpio El desayuno muy caro. $22 es carísimo para un desayuno. No desayuné allí. El staff puede ser más amable, llegamos tarde y se veía que estaban cansados. La atención no fue la mejor. No nos pusieron ni las pulseras del hotel, éramos las únicas sin las pulseras pensando que nos podían preguntar en cualquier momento si éramos huéspedes del parador. El parking está bien, cerca del parador, pero abierto y no hay seguridad. Por lo menos yo no vi a nadie de seguridad en los tres días que estuve. "

"The breakfast was delicious and with good temperatures. The air conditioning very cool and no noise . The room super clean . The staff mega friendly . The parking lot super accesible . The checkout time was a must , 12 noon was perfect for us . Security of parking lot a must . "

"The room was very nice and comfortable. The only problem I encountered was that the phone in the room didn’t work and I was not able to communicate with front desk. Also the save didn’t work as well. There was no lobby to receive the guest with accessible parking. You had to park your car. Go down an elevator to be able to access the lobby with the front desk. Then walk and get to another building, get another elevator to get to your room. You had to do the same ordeal everyday to stamp your parking ticket at the front desk. At night you could hear a lot of noise coming from outside from cars with loud music. Other than this inconvenience everything else was good."
