This hotel is amazing! Not only price-quality score is great, the rooms and services are as well! I'd like to note Monika (reception) who was the most attentive front office employee I ever met in my life. She helped me from the very booking and was always there to advise and help. We are traveling a lot and I can say that all the staff was very helpful and kindly answered our questions. The place is just gorgeous and food was very variable. We are so satisfied.

Swimming pool is free, but spa is payed

I arrived at 2am but the check in desk was still open and I was greeted by a very friendly man that made us feel welcome. He explained the layout of the hotel and the timings for breakfast. The room was large and comfortable and the shower was great. The toiletries were good quality. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Karpacz.

Clean as always, good breakfast, great dinners for a reasonable price. Fitness studio small but well equipped, enough for a training. Heated tennis courts (2) are a good bonus for your stay if you like playing.

Great location in the towns center, lots going on with street dancing and bars, lovely walks and close to a beautiful castle.. rooms are basic which had a tv and 2 single beds, there was no kettle but coffee and tea were available to purchase at the bar area.. I wish to thank the staff and management for going beyond they're duty as we'd left a jacket in the room without realising after we'd arrived at the airport and are forwarding the jacket to the UK for us..
