We absolutely loved our stay! Prague is such a gorgeous city, and the hotel was just as lovely. This hotel has to be one of the best hotels i have personally stayed in. The staff went above and beyond with everything. This was our second visit to this Hotel, the first was a couple of years ago before the recent interior update. Really good position ,right next to the castle, half way up a quite steep hill. Welcomed with a choice of beer or sparkling wine...the beer won! Located at the end of Charles bridge made this hotel in perfect location. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. There was a coffee machine in your room but also the tea and coffee machine was on 24/7 from breakfast. There was complementary pastries on offer in the lobby at all times too. I really couldn’t fault this cozy little hotel apart from the lift being out of order while we were there and being in the top floor.
